The development is too large, will impact the countryside and those living in the area. It will take a large amount of land out of agricultural production (particularly sensitive when we are meant to be cutting down on air miles and feeding ourselves closer to home). It will adversely impact wildlife, flora and fauna. It is only being considered as it has easy access to grid so will be a cheaper option than many more remote options.
