We have a considerable amount of land and industrial buildings immediately adjacent to the proposed development. We wish to ensure that the development does not affect the use of our premises for ourselves and our tenants, and that there are no access restrictions during the development on roadways serving our property. These are in use by heavy goods vehicles 24 hours a day (24/7) for the haulage of goods, including chemicals. Our site is a top tier COMAH site.
