The proposed solar farm is too large and is of an inappropriate size for the area. It will have a significant negative visual impact on the area along with irreversible damage to prime agricultural land, biodiversity and wildlife habitats. This could damage to the community due to the loss of quality of life because of the destruction to the character of the countryside. The area will be negatively affected by the increase in works and construction traffic including the size of the loads. All of the above, along with the compulsory acquisition of land on the property I own in the area and that of others, will affect the value of my house and that of many properties in the area. It will not produce cheaper electricity for home and local business owners, only for the business selling it.
