My concerns about the proposed structure are as follows a. The use of perfectly good farm land when the local population is increasing all the time with developments in Bourne and Stamford. b. The impact on the local area especially during construction. The local country roads and footpaths are well used by walkers, cyclists, horse riders and lots of other people including young children. c. The visual impact on the surrounding countryside. d. The effect on local wildlife. e. The increased risk of flooding. A problem in the area already. f. Surely instead of using good farmland the panels should be mounted on the top of industrial buildings. g. The construction vehicles will be going in and out of the site area onto local roads and leaving large deposits of mud on the roads causing safety concerns.
