Destruction of a vast area (2170 acres) our local countryside. Risks to local wildlife.Risk of flooding risk. Loss of valuable productive agricultural land for at least 40 years. Dubious data for electricity generation forecast. Chinese financing and profit taking. Environmental damage necessary for the production of PV panels. Environmental impact by decommissioning. Better green energy production with windfarms and biomass generation in the East Midlands. Solar panels should first be fitted to industrial buildings and brownfield sites such as disused contaminated (Lead tetraethyl from WW2) airfields in the East Midlands.Destruction of the local environment which we moved here to enjoy 27 years ago.
