The Mallard Pass solar plant proposal is completely inappropriate. By building on quality agricultural land, a natural resource in the heart of England’s green and pleasant land will be destroyed forever. While being supportive of environmentally sources of power, I am strongly opposed this proposal because of its: sheer scale loss of habitat loss of amenity visual impact traffic impact safety concerns sourcing concerns loss of productive land increased flood risk
