The main issue and impact of this proposed development is clearly the sheer scale of it. There is little doubt that it will ruin the views across the rural landscape and will negatively impact the daily lives of hundreds of residents in the nearby villages. I do understand the need for a cleaner source of energy, but surely 4 separate, smaller sites in more 'brownfield' type locations such as disused airfields or quarries would have a less significant impact on residents and motorists passing through.
