Concerned about - loss of productive agricultural land & food security - size and scale of what’s proposed - too - Infrastructure impact, particularly during construction stage with only small & single track roads available to reach the site, and extensive heavy traffic - the lack of evidence and track record on the applicant’s ability to deliver a project of this size as well as the lack of transparency about the entities behind the bid - the links to slave labour in China for the sourcing of the panels - we should not be paying for our energy through slave labour - loss of Green space and environmental amenity
