Construction issues from initial build noise, HGV lorries, increase in traffic due to the work force, cable laying to sub stations and extensive traffic measures effecting the local area and villages. Decommissioning cost and who will take final responsibility in the long term. Pollution to agricultural land and wildlife by the chemicals used to clean the panels. Changes to original planning and the proposed compulsory acquisition rights. Waste of agricultural land. Inefficiency of solar as an energy source. Mental health of the local community as the panels will change an agricultural aspect into an industrial one with the subsequent loss of amenities and access.
