I feel that this Solar Project is too large for the Community in which it is to be sited. The farm land would be better used for agriculture. The Solar Panels themselves are very large being 9metres in height and will be viewed for miles around therefore will be an impact visually . I feel that siting the solar panels on buildings would be a better option. On Country file (B.B.C. 1) on date 26th February 2023 there was a similar project in the Netherlands where the solar panels were sited floating on water. As we have Rutland Water nearby would it be a better option for this area as it seemed not to interfere with the environmenas much. I totally object to this project and hope that you will see that our Country is too small for projects of this size. We need our green areas to be preserved. I wish to object to the proposed solar project situated at Mallard Solar Farm in Lincolnshire because I think it is too large to be built in such a small area. Also it is not of benefit to that area and will take out productive growing farm land for years to come. I feel that siting solar panels on buildings rather than land would be a much better and fairer option. The outcome will disrupt the lifestyle of the many residents who will live close to the noisy humming solar panels. Please think again and find an alternative way of providing energy.
