to register an objection on grounds this is 'gross over development of agricultural land', Renewable energy sources of this kind should be on buildings. Solar panels would be placed on much needed agricultural land. Fields should be used for livestock and growing crops. In the current climate of some food shortages this is more relevant today than ever before. New buildings should all be energy efficient and have renewable power installed. Not in fields. The money for this project should instead be used for assisting home owners to install panels on homes and offices. Projects like this benefit only one company with no benefits to local people. A blot on the landscape not in keeping with the rural surroundings. This is a farming county and community and should remain so . This area floods, which could cause danger or deterioration to the panels and substations. There are better methods to collect energy and more in keeping with the surrounding area.
