I am opposed to the Mallard Pass Solar Plant Development as the proposed site is on good agricultural land and too close to the local community.It will also disrupt the local farming community from making a living in an already difficult world of high costs.A reduction in the proposal will not change the issues many farmers are facing in the locality.Is this really the only location for a Solar Plant ?
