I strongly object to the proposed development on the grounds of environmental, economic and visual factors. I do not believe that the figures stated by Mallard Pass are anywhere near as beneficial as proposed. The site will not be carbon neutral in a viable time frame. It will mean a huge reduction in possible Local food production when reliance on overseas produce is showing great weaknesses. The construction and running of the proposed site will have a major environmental impact to humans and wildlife.
