The scale of this development is completely out of proportion to the local area with no benefits being brought. The area will suffer from increased traffic during the building phase and then suffer having the surrounding areas being covered in solar panels, chain linked fencing, night time lighting, and CCTV. This will affect the local environment, wildlife, and lead to fertile land being put out of use. One entire village will be surrounded and other nearby villages will be affected creating issues for local families in their ability to plan for their future with this major development on their doorstep. Without any local benefits from this development it is difficult to get behind it as it will adversely affect our lives.
