We live in a current environment where the loss of essential agricultural land and replacing it with inefficient, short lived, un-recycleable, expensive ground cover using a company without relevant experience is just unexceptable, and this is before the destructive enviromental effects are even considered. There is no sane reason for creating such a disaster on the proposed site. I need to see detailed cost benefit analysis on the project over the long term and not just the usual guesses that have never yet been anywhere close to actual outcomes before any actual works or evictions anr started.
