I am responding as a "sensitive receptor." I run a very successful hospitality business based on tourism to Stamford and the surrounding area. I have major concerns on the impact this proposed development will have on 1. Visual impact directly from my property 2. Impact on tourism to the area in general 3. Access to my property for guests before during and after development 4. Impact on public services to and from my property 5. Access to public rights of way surrounding my property 6. Impact on wildlife population surrounding my rural location 7. Visual impact for guests visiting my property to and from Stamford 8. Amenity value of surrounding land 9. Use of agricultural land - impact on food security I reserve the right to add and expand on the above as the list is not exhaustive.
