I (Sylvia Griffin) am what I believe you refer to as a "sensitive receptor" as the proposed development directly abuts the boundary to my property, and I have not been contacted as such by the developers. I have reviewed the papers and [my home] does not appear to be registered. I have huge concerns on the following: 1. security fencing and panels themselves would be directly in my line of vision from my kitchen window and garden. 2. Visual impact over agricultural land that i currently enjoy 3. Impact upon food security 4. Access to and from the local road network from my property 5. Access and impact on Public transport into Stamford upon which i am totally reliant. 6. The proximity of the development to Stamford and impact on the surrounding villages 7. Increased traffic in a rural location 8. Impact on the wildlife surrounding my property I reserve the right add any other item to this list which is simply not exhaustive.
