I have been a regular visitor to this area for over 20 years. I am a walker and stay in local accommodation cottages. I am very shocked to see how much of this land will be destroyed by this proposed solar farm. In my opinion it is better to site these large solar farms on old industrial land or brownfield sites. We cannot afford to lose any more farmland or wildlife habitat in the UK.
