I do not approve of this project. It is far too large, removing too many acres of valuable farmland from our rural countryside with very minimal added energy production in comparison to the damage to the countryside, cost and damage to the environment by utilising panels which are not manufactured in an environmentally way, which have a limited useful life, and which cannot easily be disposed of after they have become obsolete . This will inevitably impact the surrounding area, including my home, which is only a few miles from the perimeter of the solar project. I think if we are going to benefit from solar panels these would be better positioned on existing and new buildings. Our countryside is best suited to food production rather than producing solar energy.
