We can't keep building on quality farmland. We should be investing in farming now to ensure we can feed the country as much from UK grown food as we can. Other counties are having their own problems growing food without trying to supply us as well. The Government is still allowing builders to not fit Solar panels to all new builds at cost, so home owners have to pay a higher price to retro fit them later on. Why do we fill one field with houses/warehouses and then put all the Solar panels to help power them in another field.
