We are always hearing about the delicate qualities of our wildlife and enviroment, generally linked to the idea of global weather patterns changing. This solar project will adversely affect the flora and fauna in our rural area by creating a warmer microclimate, with yet to be seen effects to food sources of the many birds and animals that we enjoy. Prime farm land will be wasted to occupy these ugly, inefficient imported panels. It apparently is OK to increase summertime temperatures in our area in order to "save the planet" How long will it be before what's left of the land is infested by hideous and equally inefficient wind turbines, again imported and created by the use of huge amounts of baseload power, buts that's OK.
