Putting solar panels on good agricultural land is a threat to food security for future generations. The population continues to increase, houses are being built on agricultural land, for example at Saxilby. We need solar panels and wind turbines but the solar panels should not be on land used to produce food. The panels should be on roofs of buildings or where they do not threaten food security.
