The loss of this farmland will be detrimental to the UK food supply, impacting the farmers and their families incomes. The fencing surrounding the proposed solar farms and increased traffic during construction will have an enormous impact on the wildlife, being forced to run the gauntlet of country roads as access to fields will be gone. The cumulative impact of all 4 proposed solar farms must be considered as a whole, considering the closeness of all the locations. Which ever way we travel withing a 15 mile radius the fields will be glistening with the panels, rather than the crops we are so used to seeing, quite ironic when people are being encouraged to visit the countryside, for exercise and the mental health benefits it brings, when all we will see is a massive sea of shiny panels and associated buildings.
