This is one of four outrageously large solar industrial installations in one geographical location. It will, with the other three, potentially waste 10000 acres of productive land for decades. There will be only negatives for the local residents with infrastructure upheaval, loss of amenity and potential fire risk from the battery storage of energy. The local planning authority has been cleverly, intentionally and disrespectfully bypassed so that no heed is taken of local concerns bar this forum. In the time of food insecurity, this proposal is complete madness in my view.
