The project and it's sister projects are not wanted by the vast majority of local people I have spoken to and myself. They are an unwelcome change to arable land, unsightly and don't seem an efficient way to solve the problem they seek to address. Rather they are revenue generation for concerned parties. Accepting this would be a terrible example of ignoring local views and a travesty of planning in my opinion.
