There will be a great loss to good farmland. Particularly tragic after there is not enough food in the supermarket, this area has a lot of corn and oil seed rape production making up for the war in Ukraine and the farm land not in production there. I am a power station worker and I have recently been made redundant from west Burton A and there has been no local jobs made by this. There will me a drop in my house price with this ugly use of the beautiful arable farmland. There will be a loss of trade to my family business tea room situated in the middle of this farm land. Mental health will be affected by those that lose their land. People have recently moved to the village for the head space the arable land gives. There is a danger to my children for these lithium/ion batteries. There is a danger that they will cause problems in our water supplies and cause local fires. Fires would affect our asthma badly, There is a loss of privacy in the need for CCTVs. The substations are going to be unsightly and noisy. The construction is going to make travel difficult in the every day to work and school which will affect mental health, There is a great deal of damage to the local wildlife the barn owls, red kites and buzzards.
