These solar farms that affect 30 villages, mine included need to be considered as one. It is too vast a food growing area for them not to be. The loss of the land is of great concern to me, it is not only essential for growing crops but is also absolutely beautiful and will be spoilt by the solar farms. I recently moved to the Glentworth area and I did so because I wanted to live in the countryside and enjoy the peace and quiet and the mental health benefits of living here, now all that is threatened by these 4 solar farm proposals. The use of farming land for solar farms is utterly unacceptable when there are plenty of brown field and huge industrial roof tops the panels could go on, I am also concerned about the safety of the battery storage. I also do not trust that these companies will have adequate screening or provision for wildlife of which there is an abundance in these areas.
