I wish to object to the West Burton plans. The proposals for the solar farms would be taking a large amount of valuable agricultural land at a time when the government is urging farmers to produce more home grown food, as prices soar. The plans show that my village would be almost surrounded by solar panels and this would have a detrimental effect on house prices. I also feel that since the power station is on the opposite bank of the River Trent in Nottinghamshire it seems strange to install all the solar panels in Lincolnshire, therefore meaning that the connection from the panels to the power station would have to be installed under the river at great expense.
