As a property owner within the area of the proposed solar farm, I am appalled at the sheer scale. It will decimate the beautiful countryside, take away crucial land for agriculture and not make much of an impact on being greener. From a personal point of view, I own a holiday home and am very concerned that this will have a negative impact on people wanting to visit as the countryside is one of our biggest selling points. I’m also very concerned about the impact this will have on the local property prices, infrastructure and traffic.
