In my opinion both food security and energy security are both important. It seems to me that taking away perfectly good farm land in order to erect solar farms, which let's face it, are an inefficient means of energy generation, gives us neither. None of the projects currently under review will do anything to enhance the lives of local residents or the wildlife in my view.
