Your Ref: ENO10132 Our Ref: CIRIS 63392 Dear Sir/Madam, Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project West Burton Solar Project PINS Reference ENO10132 Registration of Interest Response Thank you for your consultation regarding the above development. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) welcomes the opportunity to comment on your proposals at this stage of the project. Please note that we request views from the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) and the response provided is sent on behalf of both UKHSA and OHID. We can confirm that: With respect to Registration of Interest documentation, we are reassured that earlier comments raised by us on 08 January 2023 have been addressed. In addition, we acknowledge that the Environmental Statement (ES) has not identified any issues which could significantly affect public health. UKHSA/OHID is satisfied with the methodology used to undertake the environmental assessment. Following our review of the submitted documentation we are satisfied that the proposed development should not result in any significant adverse impact on public health. On that basis, we have no additional comments to make at this stage and can confirm that we have chosen NOT to register an interest with the Planning Inspectorate on this occasion.
