Appaling waste of good farm land vital in the production of food for UK sustainability. The technology is not yet efficient enough to get the full benefit of taking the vast amount of land out of production. It is taking rural jobs out of rural communities and loosing the rural farming community which will have have many detriments to the local area. It will be a blight on the landscape and local wildlife will be severely impacted when they are fenced off from all of the fields. There are much better and more efficient ways of generating electricity and the technology is changing for the better all the time. Nuclear fission is the only way to go. The land proposed for the panels is good quality arable land which should be producing food. The project will also be taking away jobs from local people and impacting the community in many negative ways.
