I live in the village which will be surrounded by the solar development and am concerned about the environmental impact both from the landscape visualisation, especially along Aldington ridge viewed on a daily basis, land usage and the natural habitat. It will put at risk sites of historical interest and effect my enjoyment of walking along local footpaths which will either be lost, changed or run close to the site. The road infrastructure nor proposed changes do not appear to be adequate to deal with any additional traffic especially during construction and at the very least will add to my working day through a longer and more difficult commute. The use of batteries and side effects in terms of fire risk, noise and visual impact was not made clear during earlier consultation and having them placed over the whole site could well mean that I'm living within 300m of one. Currently there is little noise so this will be very noticeable. These impacts will also adversley effect our property prices in the village.
