I consider the location, size of the project and impact to the area to be unsuitable. Whilst I appreciate that we need alternative solutions for power generation, there are buildings, houses and car parks that should be used for this, not rural farming land around a small village. There are other suitable sites that could be identified and used rather than building in an area of population. The traffic impact during construction on country lanes, the effect on the landscape and appearance of the area and the operational noise and fire risk close to residential buildings, is a great concern. Why not cover open car parks with solar panel covers, that create a lower temperature and dry environment?
