The Examining Authority has exercised its discretion to accept three additional submissions from Natural England. These submissions were provided in response to the request for further information issued by the Examining Authority on Monday 3 March 2025.

The Examining Authority’s Report on the Implications for European Sites (RIES) (PDF, 928KB) has been published but does not consider it necessary to publish a schedule of proposed changes to the draft Development Consent Order, at this stage. As such a schedule will not be published, but this does not preclude the ExA from pursuing matters related to the dDCO by way of a Rule 17 Request for Further Information issued at a later date.

The Examining Authority has accepted 8 Additional Submissions from the Applicant in response to s51 advice given at the time this Applicant was Accepted for Examination. The Examining Authority has also accepted 1 Additional Submission (PDF, 418KB) from the Applicant relating to the naming of the project.
