Anglian Water notes that ES Appendix 5.4 Schedule of Statutory Consultee Comments and Responses shows that our representation at the Statutory Consultation/PEIR stage we requested water resources to be scoped in to the Environmental Statement. The response provided states that an assessment of water resources was not required through the EIA Scoping Opinion. We confirm that we are satisfied that no additional water resources are required through the DCO Proposed Development as indicated in the ES Non-Technical Summary (para. 2.25). Anglian Water has provided a water connection to Indaver (Rivenhall) Ltd, under the consented scheme and a water supply tariff has been secured through a water retailer. We advise that if additional non-domestic water resources are required to operate the facility in the future, that the applicant engages with Anglian Water at the earliest opportunity. Furthermore, the Environmental Statement also confirms that there is no discharge of processed water or trade effluent from the facility, and therefore no connections to accommodate trade effluent flows are required to our drainage network. Anglian Water therefore is content there are no outstanding matters with regard to the proposed project, insofar as the position on water and drainage is presented in the Environmental Statement Non Technical Summary.
