I have always lived in this beautiful area and our countryside has always been protected by planning's visual impact rules. I find it incomprehensible that this application being a missive impact on all local peoples visual impact of our beautiful countryside also not within any permitted development areas is even being considered by our council. If all new buildings had solar roofs as part of planning approval this wouldn't be required.
