The scale of this proposal is extensive, i've concerns over the quality of the land that is being used and the impact that this has on both food supply and biodiversity. But also quality of life for myself and my family who have lived in the area for over four years now and the knock on effect of this excessive development (one of the largest in the country). It feels as though little to no consideration has been made for local residents, many of whom bought properties in this area due to it being in the countryside and the amenities it provides (walking, cycling, horse riding etc.) which will all be taken away with this proposal that is due to take over three years to implement, causing considerable disruption.
