Objection to solar scheme due to significant use of agricultural land and area already subject to severe flooding. Scheme will increase rainfall flow onto land that is already subject to flooding. There is no further capacity for water. At least agricultural land slows the water down as it works through the crops and soil. Panels increases the rate of run off
