I am very concerned about the size of this development and its huge impact on the local area. There will be a significant visual impact living here. I am also incredibly concerned about the loss of productive arable land and the increased noise, vibrations and traffic. Our house is surrounded by many deer, buzzards etc which will no longer be able to survive. I have already seen a deer trapped inside the fencing being erected in Camblesforth in the last few days which is heartbreaking and you should be completely ashamed. This will not benefit the local area whatsoever and will have a huge negative affect on local businesses without generating any jobs the local residents except the farmer who owns the land.
