There are great concerns regarding the severe impact this plan will have upon wildlife, the countryside, and humans mental health, as well as devaluation of local properties. Decline of mental health is massively increasing, whilst there is increasing data showing clearly the massive improvement countryside and being in nature has on people's mental health. This project will impact local resident's mental health negatively, combined with the devaluation of their properties, neither or health promoting. Plus the negative impact of wildlife and batire areas, these concerns are real and valid. Surely there are far more intelligent solutions.
