With regard to the temporary Haul Road. Firstly, its temporary, why is there a need for permanent access rights? There has been little thought and due diligence in the planning of the haul road to be constructed, no-one has been out to survey the site (engineering or environment). Contact has been minimal, information is nearly all non-committal. It has been purely designed as a desktop exercise. The consultation was a farce, no-one knew about the targeted consultation except affected land owners (we spoke with our Local councillor, Gabrielle Spray about are concerns, who reiterated this to Braintree District council). Our farm will be left permanently scarred. There is no end date for the temporary haul road to be removed. Serious impacts on mental health. The noise. The visual impact from the Farm House.
