The impact that the local surrounding area will endure. Building in this area is far out numbering any where else in the country. The equipment to be installed is far bigger than any roads to support the transport. So again with infrastructure re-configuration substantial impact on this area and its effect on the people that live and work in the area. Peoples well being has to be a BIG facture in any consideration, along with defacing and wiping out the "English Countryside"
