Together with my wife I am building a house very close to the boundary of the planned project in Leavenheath (redacted) We purchased land in 2016 redacted and searches apparently did not reveal any details regarding the National Grid project. The revelation that the project existed therefore came as a great shock. If we had been aware then this would have affected our decision to purchase the land and proceed with the house building project. We are concerned with the potential impact the project will have during its implementation/construction stage especially along Stoke road. Post-construction; it is vital that we know in detail how the project will affect affect us especially from a visual standpoint.
