The site at Polstead Heath chosen for the cable sealing end is in completely the wrong place. The site chosen is in a totally unspoilt rural position visible to many people as it is adjacent to a road. If the under grounding was continued for approx 200m further to the east it would be in a disused gravel pit and would not be visible to anyone.
