Whilst there has been consultation, it hasn't led to any material mitigation of the impact of the project. Engagement with the landowners has been sporadic and disjointed; changes of staff/contact points. No proper consideration of undergrounding in areas where there will be a concentration of pylons. It is the same old "lowest cost OHP" route and lip service to alternatives.
