My concerns with this project focus on the proposed haul road from A131 towards Twinstead & why such an extensive road is required: > Existing roads cover much of the route. Why is greater use of these deemed unsuitable? > Does the anticipated volume of traffic warrant the upheaval & cost of creating this haul road? > Long term detrimental impact on farmland; the impact on much needed food production and the livelihood of landowners & farmers. > Visual impact on the local landscape. > The additional cost & environmental impact of the creation & subsequent removal of the haul road.
