Dear Sirs, Natural England is the statutory adviser to government on nature conservation in England and promotes the conservation of England's wildlife and natural features. We wish to be registered as an interested party, however we have a number of comments to make in our relevant representations. As a result, we have emailed a copy of our full response letter and associated appendices to the project email address.
