The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) will retain a watching brief on this proposal. A draft deemed marine licence has not been submitted, therefore the MMO have no comments at present. However if this changes the MMOs Marine Licensing Team wish to be consulted. The Marine Licensing Teams remit includes marine licensable activities below mean high water springs.
