Although I appreciate that people should be able to travel roads that are safe and as free from congestion as possible I do not think that the authorities, who have granted permission for this road to go ahead, have taken into consideration the uniqueness of Stonehenge. This is a World Heritage site and should be treated with respect. I don't know how old it is. I have never visited it but I do know that it is part of our British Heritage and should be preserved for what it is. If the current scheme goes ahead the site will be damaged for ever. Please think again.
